Daniel Druwe Araujo
Economist specialized in Business Administration, CPIM (APICS certification), Master of Managed Change (LaMarsh Managed ChangeTM). Founding member of ACMP - Association for Change Management Professionals and Authorized Instructor of APICS.
23 years as practitioner in Production and Materials Planning, Product Manager, IT and Project Management. 17 years as consultant for programs of business excellence, strategic management processes, supply chain management and change management. Several clients in L.A. and in Europe achieved “Class A” and “Operational Excellence” certifications by Oliver Wight, of which was a principal for 13 years. 
Milton Carrera Maretti
Chemical and Environmental Engineer, specialized in Industrial Management, with executive development in the universities of Stanford (Stanford Executive Program) and Michigan (HR Management), at Eastman Kodak (KMP), in the Center for Creative Leadership (Leadership Growth), and at LaMarsh Global (Master and Facilitator of Managed Change).
As a practitioner, was Process Engineer, Production Manager, Project Manager (IT systems and culture change), L.A. Quality Director, L.A. RH VP, WW RH VP and President, L.A.Region. Worked and lived for 9 years in US with rich multi-country and multi-culture experiences. Winner of the top prize for leadership at Eastman Kodak (CEO Leadership Award). Co-author of the book “O Desequilibrista”. CEO of FFE (fruit industrialization). Founding member of ACMP - Association for Change Management Professionals. 
Ernesto Kenji Nomura
Mechanical Engineer, MBA in Advanced Business Management (FAAP), courses in Lean Manufacturing and in Technology Transfer.
Solid experience in the industry as manager of Maintenance, Engineering and of Production. Coordinated the implementation of Lean Manufacturing at Kodak in Brazil and developed projects in Germany, Argentina and Australia. Founding member of Forum Lean for the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraiba and member of Forum Lean São Paulo. Professor of Sustainability and of Logistics at FAAP, and speaker at professional development events. Director of M&M Consultoria Administrativa e Treinamento Ltda. and of GPS Vale Consultores Associados. Associate Director of the alliance T²People®. |
